Yes. We do provide emergency lockout service 24 hours a day. Call us now and we'll be on our way. If you lock yourself out of your home, that is one emergency you want to handle as quickly as possible, but it is not the only lock emergency that you might encounter at some point.

We provide assistance for those dealing with emergency lock situations. If you lock yourself out of your car, your vehicle, out of a room in your home, or are unable to get into your business because you are having lock issues, you can count on us to solve the problem for you. The approach that we take will depend on exactly what you are having trouble with.

Can you replace keys that require programming?

Yes. It doesn't matter what the make or model of your vehicle happens to be. Brady's Locksmith can program new keys, replace or repair damaged locks, and even work with keyless entry systems. We also carry a large range of after market remotes that are programmable for most types of vehicles.

Can you service a mail-box lock if i have no keys?

Yes. We provide a mailbox lock service. In most cases, we install a new cylinder and provide you with two new identical keys.

Will my lock still work after you open it?

Yes, picking a lock (house or car) does not damage the lock, the house or the car. The only exception is if the lock is already damaged or needs to be drilled. Then the lock will need to be replaced. Very, very rarely is drilling ever needed.

Do I need to change my locks or just need my existing locks re-keyed?

Changing locks is taking the locks (lock, knob/lever, latch, and strike) and installing a totally new lock. Re-keying a lock is taking the existing lock cylinder (leaving the rest in place) and changing it so your existing key will no longer work, and a new one will. Most of the time you just want your locks re-keyed.

Is there a difference between re-key and master key?

Yes, there is a difference. For example: if you have an office with five different doors within and you'd like one key for each private office, in this case, we call it an individual re-key for each one. Some managers/owners, logically, would like to have access to all doors without the need to carry five different keys at all times, so we prepare one key, which we call a master key that will work on all office doors.

Is it possible to get help with opening a safe that is locked?

Brady's Locksmith can help you gain access to your safe or vault, even if you have lost the key and/or forgotten the combination. We offer a variety of safe locksmith services to our clients, working on both modern and old-fashioned safes that people often keep in their home or business when they want to keep their money and valuables safe and secure.

Whether you have a digital safe, key-operated safe, gun safe, or even a floor safe, we can help you. Simply let us know what type of safe you have, and we will bring the right tools to your property to get it open. You do not have to stress over the possibility of never being able to get your items from it because we have the experience, tools, and training to get into different types of safes with ease.

What should I do if my key broke off in the lock?

Never leave the key inside the lock. Instead, you can call us and we will extract that broken key and provide you with a new key. We will even check the lock for you to figure out why the key got stuck inside of it.

How often do I need to get my house locks changed?

We recommend re-keying your locks or changing them completely anytime you feel your home security may have been compromised. Of course, you can always do it whenever the time is right for you. For instance, if you lost your house keys or if you need to prevent access from someone who already has a key, changing or re-keying your locks provides a quick and affordable remedy for regaining your home security.

My house is really old, can you cut older style keys for my front door?

Yes, we regularly service homes across Fremont County, Colorado built with old locks and can create a key to suit each and every door regardless of age.
